One of the biggest challenges that we have had since we have had kids is that we have had to come up with ideas of what to get our parents (now proud grandparents) for Christmas.  Sure, they were hard to buy for before we had children, but we also had to come up with appropriate gift ideas that would be from our kids.

We tossed many ideas around while trying to figure out our options.  We were of course going to let our kids come up with some homemade crafts for them - maybe a reindeer or some homemade candles.  But we also wanted to get them a gift that would showcase our children.

My wife thought that it would be a good idea to check with Vision Bedding, the company that we bought the hockey bedding for our son last year.  We knew that they had many other products than just themed bedding, so we thought that they might have something to offer.

After a bit of poking around, we found out that they sell photo blankets.  We are going to pick out some pictures to submit to them and then we will order one blanket for each set of grandparents.  I can’t wait to see the look on their faces when they see what their grandchildren got them this year.
